2208- Traffic stop – Juvenile arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs with a child in the vehicle, a Class E Felony. Juvenile was issued an appearance ticket, due in Steuben County Youth Part Court at a later date. 

2218- Juvenile problem- Caller’s child will not obey his rules. Child was advised that she must listen to her parent. – Liberty St

2243- Caller reporting that she was followed around the village by a car after a road rage incident. Officer checked the area and ensured that the caller made it home safe. Suspect vehicle was not located. – Liberty St

2339- Physical domestic incident with children present. Trinidad Brucie and Kelly Comstock were both arrested on 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor. Both were issued appearance tickets, due in Bath Village Court at a later date. Steuben County Child Protective Services was contacted. 

0050- Caller reporting that a female slammed a door in her face and would like Bath PD to advise the female to stay away from her. – Pine St

0256- Report of three individuals going up and down stairs of the garage apartment. Individuals were gone upon arrival. – E Steuben St

0918 – Suspicious vehicle report. The vehicle was gone prior to patrols arrival. – Bundy Ave.
1004 – Foot Patrol. A male was observed under the bridge. He appeared to be unconscious and
possibly in need of assistance. Patrol made contact and found that the male was okay. – Cameron
Street
1021 – Warrant Arrest. One male arrested on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of Stolen
Property. He was processed then taken to Steuben County Jail for CAP Court. – E William Street
1153 – Larceny. One male caught shoplifting at TOPS Market. TOPS denied pressing charges.
The male was trespassed from the property, then taken to the hospital by Bath Ambulance. - W

1254 – Traffic Stop. Warning issued – W Morris Street
1314 – Neighbor Trouble. Caller reported that her neighbor kicked her dog. The incident was
deescalated by patrols and all parties were separated. – Campbell Street

1342 – Disturbance. A female was reported to be yelling on Liberty Street. The female was
interviewed by patrol and advised not to yell. – Liberty Street

1510 – Juvenile Complaint. Caller stated that the juvenile she’s responsible for did not return

1027- Caller reporting bicycles parked in the parking lot. Officers were tied up on an arrest. Caller called back and advised the bicycles had left and they no longer require law enforcement. – Geneva St

1042- Caller providing officers with information on a suspected intoxicated driver. – Manor Village

1118- Caller reporting her roommate cut a cable. Caller did not answer the phone or the door on officers attempt to make contact. – Purdy St

1426- Steuben County Jail advising that there is a female in the lobby for visitation with active Bath PD warrants. Officers responded and took Amber R. Kaszewski, age 38, into custody on two active warrants. Kaszewski was taken to SCJ for CAP court where she was released. 

1447- Caller reporting that she received a phone call from someone and believes it was fraud. Caller was advised that it was fraud and to block the number. – May St

1551- Caller reporting she left her keys at Rico’s Pizza. Officers attempted to contact her back via phone and she did not answer. – W Morris St

2331- Charles Horton contacted Steuben County 911 a total of 5 times, with no emergency or other legitimate purpose for the phone calls. Horton made obscene statements to 911 call takers and requested that officers come fight him. Horton was located, arrested, and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. During his arrest, he resisted, and was subsequently charged with resisting arrest. Horton was issued an appearance ticket.
